Ok, thanks. Your error has nothing to lat and lang but is related with Google Maps API key which you forgot to set under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.

No, we don't know which customization is the culprit exactly but we suggest to remove all custom css and 3rd party plugin and this would help you to get back header on mobile.
