@laurencebohmer You set those icons using shortcodes or just custom code and for each item you set # instead of the link and that's why they do not work. What you need to do is replace # with the right links.

Hi, we suggest to disable 3rd party plugins and remove custom css because this is the reason of your all issues. You have huge amount of extra code that does not come with the theme.
