Hi, it depends. Fonts can be styled under Theme Options > Fonts but these settings can be overwritten from the Bebuilder level as individual settings in the Bebuilder are more important.

Mobile devices (smaller screens) always inherit settings from larger ones. Therefore, if you set custom styling for desktop, mobile devices inherits these styles. In such case, you have to set custom styles for smaller screens.
