Hi Julie, this looks like you set 2 different templates for above portfolio items. Under Portfolio Item Options > Layout section, you have Template option where you can set a Builder and all default staff like navigation will go away.

We are sorry but we do not have an option to disable parallax in some browsers only. If you don't like how parallax works in Safari, you need to disable parallax effect for the whole section.
