Hi, JS scripts can be added under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section but html tags can be added with Column item. However, if this is not what you are looking for, you need to modify theme files.

Looks like you pasted Analytics code wrong way because you have errors in html. Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check these html errors. Please fix them first and all should be fine.
