I'd like the top white bar to be independent of the image. As you can see I have a visual fade to white. I'd like the image top to start at the bottom of the white bar.

Sorry I will clarify. The menu bar is white (but if I parallax the image) the top part of the image is covered by the white bar menu. I'd like to parallax the image without the menu bar covering the top of the image. Currently I have the image stati…
