It won't let me deregister it... keeps returning to the page showing it as registered.

Also FYI, I've seen the licensing link and have it registered with 1 site only. Everything seems perfectly in order except not updating!

I've had the same issue, single website registered and everything seems fine with that tool too. Still can't update the theme!
