No this is not what i mean, the image must not move upwards when i go over it with the mouse. There should be no animation at all. Thanks!

I now have the image in the background, the major problem is, the image doesn't appear to be responsive. How can i add this image to the header as shown on the picture above in such a way it looks the same on every screen size and device. Thanks!
