You have to look into the /functions/theme-shortcodes.php file, look inside for the sc_blog function, there you will find whole HTML content of that element, including the filters system. Thanks

The problem is related to one of your plugins, after disabling all of them the builder starts to work correctly. You have to disable every plugin one by one and find one which is making that issue. thanks

But, there is no google related connection, you just have some fonts set to use Roboto, but they wont use it because it's not connected to google api. Thanks
