Did you try to update it couple of times? If you deregistered and registered it, it has to be refreshed on our database.Also, can you switch the wp language to english and send me a link to the screenshot of that error message?Thanks

That's because your php_max_input_vars value is too small.Please ask your hosting provider about increasing that value to min.5000, after that, your sections will appear properly.Thanks
