I'm not sure how would you like to make it look like, but yes, usually the "Transparent" menu does not look great with a slider on the top, because transparent menu does not have any height, so it will not push any of the content.Thanks

Remember, that you cannot edit the Muffin Builder content using the WPBakery.It's not possible to edit any of our pre-buiilt websites using the WPBakery. If you want to use that plugin to create websites, you have to do it from the scratch.Thanks
