These are categories, and they appear automatically based on the template you choose for a single product. By clicking on them, you can navigate to a particular category. Best regards

BeBuilder and BeBuilder Blocks have the same content. It is the same builder, but with one, you use a block editor, and with a second, you have a WYSIWYG editor. Best regards
