• Hello, The situation is that we don't have Purchase code or User Name that has been used to purchase the Theme. This site was designed by outside contractor and we don't have this information.

• Hello, I tried to re-register the Theme. I am not able to Deregester it. After clicking Deregister button, the Theme Dashboard page reloads and indicating that Theme is register. Is there other way to de register the Theme?

• Thank you for the quick response. The server is on internal network and not accessible from the internet. Is there a way to set up a session where I'll give you access to my computer and you will troubleshoot that way?
