• I am using BE 4.4 and this is not working. I changed this setting and I still have no scrollbar.

• I found a way around using the WYSIWYG Editor. but this should be an option in the Visual builder.

• It was because the HomePage setting wasnt selected in Settings > Reading. Once the page was selected and saved it now works. Thanks for the help.
