• Done and tested the plugins- it appears to be the plugin 'Smush' which is for image compression and site speed.

• Yes it's very odd- I built a website for the same client previously using betheme and nothing showed wrong on their laptop/s. It also shows fine on all of my devices. I have added the details to the contact page
