ok solved it myself, [rev_slider alias='Terminbutton'] must be used in Column Webpart, not in Code one

The green Button "Jetzt Ersttermin..." is a slider

yes on the top slider! But further down there is another slider which has a transparent frame and I don't know how to remove this one.
