Where can I find my purchase code?Comments
-
Yes, I found this article earlier and tried it but without success. I am using WordFence but it didn't make any difference when I changed the settings. Even disabling WordFence completely did not help. The builder still won't Update.
-
Can I get some additional assistance on this?
-
I still do not see the hamburger on my mobile device.
-
What was the custom rule that you removed?
-
I've got things working better on desktop load speed, but mobile is still horrible. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
-
Slider Revolution seems to be the biggest culprit
-
JS and other scripting execution times are quite long on this theme instance. URL in question is here: https://dev3.lionsmaneproductions.com/
-
Right, this is the issue. The gravatar link is not present. There is no way to get there to update images.
-
As mentioned in my last comment, I re-did what you suggested, and NOW, it's operating as expected. Thanks
-
Ah.. you call it an Action Bar. I see now.. every other builder I've used call it a Top Bar, so that's where I got lost. Thanks for the answer.
-
Yes, I thought that might be the case, but I tried using the Column element as well. It also just showed the code. I just tried it again however, and now it's behaving as I would expect. Thanks-

It's a general question - I wouldn't think a link was necessary. Can the topbar be hidden without custom CSS, or can't it? And how does one edit the contact info that shows up in the topbar? For reference, the test site lives at dev3.lionsmaneprod…

HI, that doesn't quite address my need unfortunately, though - thank you. The default Profile IS selected, but it's when I'm editing a page that this becomes a problem. Please see attached. https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/uploads/936/EHG1HQP4R…
-
I have resolved the issue. Thanks anyways
-
The issue turned out to be that I was looking at the site on my new notebook, which is a 14" screen instead of my full sized screen. The header sizes fine responsively in a tablet or phone, but on a smaller notebook, some container space is too…

I have updated the theme and now see the slider install option. Thanks for your help.
-
I'm using version 17, not 20.
-
Unfortunately, the pre-built theme doesn't include that option. I'm including a screen shot here: (Image)

Apparently, http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/minimal/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/home_minimal_sep4.png is still non-https. Where do I change this in the code to make this https?
-
OK, so if everything I've done is saved in the database, what kind of changes might get lost if I update the Parent theme? Why have a child theme?
-
I'm talking about any style or CSS changes?
-

-
Right, I understand the purpose of the child theme. What I'm asking, is how do I migrate all of the details I have changed/customized in the Parent, over to the child so future updates don't mess things up?
-
Yes, this is the latest.
-
OK, if I use the Stack Left menu, where can I change the CSS to right align the menu items, instead of left?
-
I installed and have modified the main parent theme some time ago. So even if I install and Activate the child theme now, how do I make sure the existing changes are used by the child theme, and not affected by the parent update?
-
OK, got that. How do I *work* on the child theme? Anytime I make a change, it assigns it to the parent CSS
-
If I click Appearance -> Themes - it's on the bottom of the page. TI shows this:Broken Themes The following themes are installed but incomplete. NameDescriptionbetheme-premium-wordpress-theme.disabledStylesheet is missing.Delet
-
Quick follow up question: Will this require an update of the entire theme, or just the builder plugin?
-
Awesome, our mutual customer will be very happy to hear that!
