I have tried entering the shortcode of other plugins into the code function of muffin builder. none of the shortcodes appear to work, but it does work if I put it straight into the WP editor. Any ideas?

As ignorant as this sounds..... I seem to remember a place in the theme for me to put my purchase code to auto update. I cant seem to find it. The theme does not show that it needs to be updated. I just downloaded it from Envato Market a few day…
