If you're using Yoast, try this: Go into Yoast > Titles and Meta > and then check the box beside "Enable force rewrite titles". I left the site name in general settings as it should be, and mine now works correctly. Hope it works …

Then it should have also been 'obvious' to you, from my screen shot that I'd made the wrong choice. Why did you ask for my URL? I think you need to consider that the people working with your theme are not as familiar with its nuances as your team…

Figured it out. In theme options, the page needed to be set to "Use Page Meta". Sorry to say, but your documentation is really lacking on explaining how sidebar settings work. Glad I was able to resolve another issue by myself though.

Got it figured out. When trying to activate the Envato toolkit from within the BeTheme plugins section, it wouldn't work. When I went to plugins, it was there and showing as deactivated. I activated it, and now can update the theme.

Even though I have the Envato toolkit installed, BeTheme says it isn't installed. When I try to install it, it says it's already installed. Very frustrating trying to update this theme - it shouldn't be this difficult!!! Terry
