It was the links to the folder. The template has all of the image links set to uploads. Since I changed the name of uploads, it didn't recognise where to find them. Thanks Travers

The top folder file permissions were the right permission. I will install it a third time and hopefully the images load.

I also checked the box to get emails when responses happed. No emails received. How do I get that working?
