Hi Phil, The css code seems to solve the issue indeed. :-)
-
Hi Phil, Unfortunately the issue is still there, I have sent and example URL via codecanyon, refering to this post. But basically all products have this problem. The moment you touch the screen to scroll down, the product image disappears, hen you t…

Thank you and have a great weekend!

Hi Phil, Sorry about that, thought you might were able to reproduce it in a test setup on your side. But while I prepared the old settings so you could reproduce this issue yourself, I cannot repoduce it anymore, so maybe having saved the settings s…

Hi Phil, in the meanwhile I have discovered that this possibly is caused by WP-Rocket, I have contacted them to see if they can help me with pointing me to what js files should be excluded for caching (that's kind of hard to find). Hamburger menu ic…

Thanks and I will report when I run into the issue again.
-
Ah, good point, could be the case indeed. So basically a corrupted cache of some sort which was deleted and properly re-created again when the new admin account was added, something like that?
-
In the meanwhile I have discovered that somehow on Mac, PC, in Chrome, Firefox and Safari, the issue is there, even with WP-Rocket and all other plugns disabled. Then I found that when I login with another admin account, the buttons show ... So some…

No problem, will keep you posted when I learn more from WP-Rocket Support.
-
That solved it, thanks Phil!

Hi Phil, Thanks for the pointer! I have tried adding the following as exclusions but that doesn't solve the issue. /wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/builder/assets/builder.js /wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/builder/assets/rank-math-integrat…

Thanks! Had the same issue, didn't change any setting at permalinks, just resaved the permalinks settings and that did the trick. But a strange error though; something for you guys to look at.
-
Would be great to get that compatible seeing all modern themes have custom post types (support).
-
Sorry, posted it wrong, done now ?
-
Custom Post Types Custom post types, either as Betheme option and/or Betheme and Muffin Builder supporting Custom Post Type plugins. Something that is really missing and seeing the amount of questions about it, a feature in demand. This would really…
-
OK thanks, will post the feature there.
-
Thanks for the answer, but no support for any plugin functionality then? I have seen a lot of people who would like that.
-
Strange that it didn't detect it with you, but luckily indeed. Or maybe because you used the free version? Or did you make a donation to get the full version working? But thanks so far, I will ignore the false positive!
-
Sure, it's https://wordpress.org/plugins/gotmls/
-
Thanks for clearing that! Maybe because of 'funname' ? :-)
-
Will do and thank you too!
-
The tool used, Query Monitor, only detects these things, yeah maybe some sort of false positive. Just wanted to let you know, not worried here. :-)
-
Hi, PHP version: 7.4.16 WP version: 5.7.2 Betheme version: 23.0.4 Using the Betheme Child Theme Tool used: Query Monitor Kind regards
-
Aha, thanks for explaining!
-
p.s. I realised that the code brackets are only used to display raw code, I also tried adding the javascript code without

around it, but that doesn't work either.
-
Ah, that makes sense of course, didn't think of that! Thanks for pointing me into the right direction Phil!
-
Sorry for being unclear, I mean everywhere, so on mobile, desktop, tablet, notebook, etc. Basically disable the header all together.
-
Thanks! That works! And what if you'd like to remove the header completely on all platforms? Tried to find a setting but couldn't.
-
Alright, thanks for the feedback! :-)
-
Hi, no it is detected by Query Monitor in the backoffice.
