i tried that before the own css. Im not able to do action bar sticky. I think has something to do with the is-sticky class of the top bar. If i hide the top bar and add the class is-sticky to de the action bar will it behave the same?

what i was doing was, copy a full screen section from web two months ago and import it. It worked... this is faster xD

But, the theme is independent of wordpress gutenberg release. I mean does the theme have any dependence on gutenberg? This is the origin of all... If doesnot Im willing to try betheme 3 on wp 4.9 and surely i bet i will have 0 issues.
