Can't change header | style options

Hello! I am a super fan of BeTheme, just having one small problem. Under Appearances >> BeTheme Options I can't change the Header | Style options. When I choose a different style and click save, it just changes back to the Modern header style. Please help!

it looks like the problem is on server`s side and that is the reason why you can`t save things from muffin options panel. We recommend to have a look at topics below that could be helpful:

OK, so I have determined that the problem is not on the server side. I followed all suggestions in the other posts, increased memory and input time, turned the mod_security off (at the core, not just using the .htaccess file) and tried numerous other things as well. Nothing is coming in my error_logs and the problem is sporadinc; meaning I can save some betheme options, but not others (specifically the header style).

Any ideas what to do next?

Also, I have tried the theme on shared hosting (Hostgator) and also on my own server. The header style setting doesn't save on either one.

To be honest we have no idea what could be the other problem because first time we hear that some options can be saved but some not. Maybe extra plugins? We really would like to help but have no idea how in this case.

Can you tell what file saves the betheme options so I can troubleshoot?

I am in the same boat. I cannot change any of the header options. All other options are saving correctly. I am hosting it in Microsoft Azure on a single instance. Please help! Thanks

I've even tried the earlier fixes and that basically just resets all the options and doesn't fix anything. I've been trying for weeks now and this is making it very difficult

They already said, as I did, that the only option we can't save is the header style

Correct, I can save all the other options. But for some reason the header style is the only thing I cannot change!

For example, I cannot change the header style the classic style.

Did you tried guys update theme to latest version? Maybe something wrong happened with files? We tested it already on version 5 and header style can be changed without problems.

Yes I updated and tried it as well. When the page refreshes it just goes back to the default header.

Is there a debugging mode I can activate to see any errors?

But if nothing won`t help, then you can send us private message with access to your dashboard and FTP and we`ll have a look on it.

Hi, is there any progress on this? I have the exact same problem, changes to header style is not saving but all other options are saving ok. I've tried all the suggestions in other posts but nothing has rectified the problem.

OK, looks like it was a problem with IE. Works fine using Chrome.

I'm digging into it more, but you guys know the theme better. If you find anything, let me know.

@CriketX This is not error but just informations for developers. If you don`t want to see this message, then turn off debug mode or turn off strict standards on server`s side.

I turned on debug mode to try to find the problem with changing the header style. This message appears when I try to save a different header style.

OK. I took a page out of @babalucci 's book and tried Chrome. It worked! Looks like you guys have a bug with IE. Even after I change the header style and it shows up right in Chrome, it's still the default "Modern" style when viewed in IE.

@CricketX We`ll have a look on it while next updates and if this is IE bug then will be fixed. But if we won`t find anything, then we won`t be able to fix it.

Yeah, it displays OK in IE.
