  • I took out the div in order to work on my page more, so forgive me for the link above that doesn't show what I was referring to, I just need to know how to make an image lay on top of the slider header. Thx. :)
  • ok so I found the css code to change to make the image lay on top like I want.
    main.css 551 overflow:hidden

    However the other pages now are not correct..the footer is all the way up the page. Are you able to help me figure out a workaround so I can make the front page look Iike I want and the other pages to still have the overflow hidden? I am sure it is a somewhat easy css mod, but I am still learning and need help.

    Thx so much, I really appreciate your help.

    You can now check out the link above as the image is activated again :)
  • its ok, i went in a different direction, however I need help with one last thing.  I am hoping it will be a simple fix for you guys :) In the header I added a div for a live chat script and was able to position it using this code

    <div id="helpbtn" style="position:relative; width:160px; height:60px; left: 82%; top: 40%;"><div id="cie3pt" style="z-index:1002;position:absolute"></div><div id="sce3pt" style="display:inline"></div><div id="sde3pt" style="display:none"></div><script type="text/javascript">var see3pt=document.createElement("script");see3pt.type="text/javascript";var see3pts=(location.protocol.indexOf("https")==0?"https":"http")+"://image.providesupport.com/js/1gmqjegc9oys20c1hi1vlvbmrt/safe-standard.js?ps_h=e3pt&ps_t="+new Date().getTime();setTimeout("see3pt.src=see3pts;document.getElementById('sde3pt').appendChild(see3pt)",1)</script><noscript><div style="display:inline"><a href="https://www.providesupport.com?messenger=1gmqjegc9oys20c1hi1vlvbmrt">Live Help</a></div></noscript>

    It looks great, however when you view it through mobile it is pushed off to the right side.. is there some kind of way I can have this div changed when its on a mobile device so it looks right?

    Thx in advance!
  • Hey I have been trying to get this element to look right in the responsive.css but am having no luck. Here is the code that I have in the header.php file

    <div id="helpbtn" style="position:relative; width:160px; height:60px; left: 82%; top: 40%;"><div id="cie3pt" style="z-index:1002;position:absolute"></div><div id="sce3pt" style="display:inline"></div><div id="sde3pt" style="display:none"></div><script type="text/javascript">var see3pt=document.createElement("script");see3pt.type="text/javascript";var see3pts=(location.protocol.indexOf("https")==0?"https":"http")+"://image.providesupport.com/js/1gmqjegc9oys20c1hi1vlvbmrt/safe-standard.js?ps_h=e3pt&ps_t="+new Date().getTime();setTimeout("see3pt.src=see3pts;document.getElementById('sde3pt').appendChild(see3pt)",1)</script><noscript><div style="display:inline"><a href="https://www.providesupport.com?messenger=1gmqjegc9oys20c1hi1vlvbmrt">Live Help</a></div></noscript>

    and here is the code I put in the responsive.css file which isnt working

        #helpbtn {position:relative; width:160px; height:60px; left: 0px; top: 0px;}

    I know I am doing it wrong somehow, so your help is much appreciated :) thx!
  • Ok just a quick question. I put the div elements in the css file for positioning in grey.css

    #helpbtn {position:relative; width:160px; height:60px; left: 82%; top: 40%; }

    I then added display:none in the reponsive.css to hide it,
    #helpbtn {display:none;}

    however this didnt work and I think it might be because of this particular script code they gave me.

    Do you think this is why it won't hide when viewed in mobile?

    Here is the call script they gave me..if you can just let me know if you think their script is the reason why it won't work properly I will try to find another solution. thanks :)

    <div id="cie3pt"
    style="z-index:1002;position:absolute"></div><div
    id="sce3pt" style="display:inline"></div><div id="sde3pt"
    style="display:none"></div><script
    type="text/javascript">var
    see3pt=document.createElement("script");see3pt.type="text/javascript";var

    see3pts=(location.protocol.indexOf("https")==0?"https":"http")+"://image.providesupport.com/js/1gmqjegc9oys20c1hi1vlvbmrt/safe-standard.js?ps_h=e3pt&ps_t="+new

    Date().getTime();setTimeout("see3pt.src=see3pts;document.getElementById('sde3pt').appendChild(see3pt)",1)</script><noscript><div
    style="display:inline"><a href="https://www.providesupport.com?messenger=1gmqjegc9oys20c1hi1vlvbmrt">Live Help</a></div></noscript>
