  • The Kora theme is back to its defaults however it should be blue and branded with our company name and logo etc. We had completely customized it.
  • Hello,

This issue is urgent- I may need to re-upload my files however our company website somehow ended up being significantly altered back to the defaults of the theme from a branded / customized website. This had occurred with the latest updated to WordPress, WooCommerce and various plugins. I tried updating those parts of the site thinking that might help, but still you notice the Kora logo, the green coloration in the site, no background image and so on. Please advise ASAP as to what the issue might be. We have a big event coming up this next week and the site will need to be resolved by then- thanks!
  • I did not do anything originally. When I loaded my site at one point, all default colors (greens) and Kora branding was appearing on my website without having made any changes at all. I though that this was possibly due to my website needing to be updated both with WordPress updates as well as plugins updates. Once I attempted to update my site as I usually do, still the Kora branding and color defaults remained the same.

Being more specific, my images and content are still current and accurate on the website, however the main site logo, back ground image and theme colors are all back to the theme defaults when I first started with the website. This is something on the theme side and I'm not sure what it is, this is what I need your help on- this is a critical issue as I don't have much time to go back in and re-alter all my site's colors and missing items again.

    Please Advise.
  • I do understand that "Custom" needs to be selected and they have been changed because I couldn't wait any longer for the issue to be resolved- I went in an manually re-entered the values for the colors.

My question is why this even occurred in the first place (all colors and main logos of the website resetting to default without any action or intention to do this). Or, if you cannot answer that, what file specifically can I backup and save again to re-upload to FTP for the color values as a fix if this reoccurs in the future?
  • Ok, thank you for your help here
