Bug in the Sidebar background color
  • Hi!

    Nice theme! Only one little bug i can't get rid off:
    My client wants me to add two responsive custom css buttons, next to each other, in the sidebar.
    When i've set the css codes in, a piece of sidebar background disappears, and i can't seem to find where that comes from.
    I've noticed that if i set my left button on "float: left" and my right button on "float: right" that piece of background disappears.
    But i really need that in my code! Help? Is it me or the sidebar?

    My codes for the buttons:

    .button-left {
    font-size: 15px;
    float: left;
    font-weight: 600;
    background-color: #575756;
    width: 44%;
    padding: 3%;
    color: #fff;

    .button-right {
    font-size: 15px;
    font-weight: 600;
    background-color: #02c4d5;
    width: 44%;
    float: right;
    padding: 3%;
    color: #fff;

    This is the html i've used in the sidebar text widget:
    <a class="button-left" href="/producten_wonen/"><span class="directnaar">Direct naar</span><span class="titeldirect">Particulier</span></a>

    <a class="button-right" href="/webshop/"><span class="directnaar">Direct naar</span><span class="titeldirect">Webshop</span></a>

    Here a picture of the gap :

    Thank you!!
