Mobile Menu 2 in 1

I have chosen the header with two menus. Mobile devices just show the main menu. Is it possible to get both menus into one menu for mobile devices?

Is it possible to deactivate the build in mobile menu?
I used this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/responsive-menu/ to create a new one.
