Viewport to background image

Hello,
I bought your awesome theme and use it with WP Bakery Page Builder since I am used to working with it also in other themes.
I am looking for a way to have a still image (not moving while you scroll the page) as background in a row, where there is a textbox in that row with a certain amount of  padding (top and bottom). The effect I am aiming for is having a kind of a vertically moving/scrolling viewport to that image where  the viewport is moving over the (not moving) image. The height of that viewport is equal to the padding including the height og the text of that textbox. I hope you can help. The 2017 version of WP Bakery Page Builder seams not to offer that option anymore. In an earlier version that feature was called "still".
Is there a different feature or a plug-in that does the trick?

  • Yes of course I mean the parallax effect, but there used to be an option 'still" which allowes to have a still background image with a kind of (what I call) a viewport which moves over the background when you scroll the page.
That option is gone in the 2017 version and I wonder where that option is now since it makes no sense to me to just eliminate that option in a newer release. Maybe there is a good plug-in to accoplmish the same.

  • The plug-in author is WP Bakery for Visual Composer aka Page Builder. which you offer as an included product. I expect therefore support from you.

An answer could be that WP Bakery doesn't have a solution anymore since they removed the "still" option. If not, maybe you/they can give a clue of what plug-in could take over the missing/removed option.

I don't have a support contract with WP Bakery so I am relying on you here.
