Menu Bar Won't Display

Hi there, I migrated my site to a new host the other day, and because I was using an older (3 year old) version of BeTheme, the site kept on crashing. I since updated the theme and bought a new license, and although the site doesn't crash anymore, I cannot figure out what happened to my menu bar. I cannot get it to display in the header.

    Hey,
    it is always the same problem, and it is the plugins.
    You have cache and other optimization plugins active. You cannot have that while updating or moving the website.
    When I disabled all plugins and re-enabled them the menu works fine.
