Dear Muffin Group,
I'm wondering how we can use the BeTheme for a new website. I know it's been a few years since we purchased the BeTheme, but we didn't really use it for the previous website. It was only live for a short period of time. We'd like to use it on a new site, but don't have access to the old site.
Can you advise on how we can use it.

Hello - I am having the same problem you had with the edits on my homepage not saving - the loading icon just infinitely rotates. Did you find a solution?
I have done all the things and was on chat with the web hosting company for hours.

Long Product Description not showing with Betheme any more after the update today
The long description is no longer showing in my product page after the update of betheme today. When I applied any other theme, it showed up again. All the settings in the "Expand Tab" plugin by WooCommerce are set as properly. This leads me to believe that the issue is on the Betheme side.
can you help me with this or I need to buy a support again even if I have never used ?
