Can't update website through backend

So the update for me will not install. The previous update did for me. I am currently on 21.0.5. Below is what the error is, any idea how to fix this? 

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Okay I got it deregistered from a test site. And deregistered it from the main site and registered it again. How long would it take to make it where I can update now that it is all fixed.
