Can't find new themes?

I would like to use an element of one of the new themes (https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/company4/). But I can't find it between the pre-built websites!

Is there a way I can download it or when does it show up in the pre-built theme collection?

Please update the BeTheme to the newest version.

Then you will be able to find it.

Thanks, I thought I had the newest version but there was an update in the dashboard!
