Can't install recommended plugins

While trying to install recommended plugins (eg. BeTheme Header Builder) I get an error saying that the package couldn't be installed because it has no files. I checked in your license tool that this theme is registered on only one domain. What is the problem?

Is the license key attached to this same domain name?

Also, does your domain name starts with the letter "W" ?

No, the domain name doesn't start with "W". 

I'm trying to install the theme in a subfolder on my domain (for testing purposes and showing the client the work) and then I will need to move it to my client's domain after the website is finished. 

The path to WordPress is something like "mydomain.com/projects/my-project" and this is exactly what I have shown on http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

Update: I don't know if you did something but I've tried installing the plugins one more time and it suddenly worked
