Can't de-register theme or update

Trying to update our theme. We get the following error:

Downloading update from http://api.muffingroup.com/theme/download.php?code=1f810083-9611-4d47-9223-5eaeae9f4eac…
Unpacking the update…
Installing the latest version…
Theme update failed.

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

After this I tried to de-register the theme and install new purchase code but it will not de-register. Instead it throws an error:

Referer domain is different than registered domain.

The affected domain is dsinpharmatics.com

We have the same issue when trying to update BeTheme. Please advise.

Hey,

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hi,

Same problemn but when trying this tool, i get this answer :

{"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}

Aboumalak,

Register the license key on your website,
then disable all of the plugins and try to install plugins
like 3-4 times. It should update your domain and pass you to download plugins/update the theme.

Unable to register as there is already a key that can't be deregistered.. Unable to update the theme as already noted. - Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page:

The dergesiter option does not work. The result is {"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}

We can't deregister a previous key associated with a theme, there's no way to register the new key. This is needed as we had an agency purchase the theme/key on our behalf. For some reason the theme would not update so we purchased a new key. Now we have no way to deregister the old key and activate the new one.

This is seriously flawed.  This subject is an ongoing discussion in this forum with no apparent solution.

Hello, 

Something broke my woocommerce cart page, following their documentation we need to update the Be theme. I'm getting the same error as the OP. "An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files."

Assisstance with this would be appreciated as we're a new site.

Please deregister your license key from your domain, then please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser.

After that, please use this tool - http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest - and be sure that your license key is not used anywhere.

If your license key is not registered anywhere, then please register it on your website and try to update your theme like 3-4 times.
