Can`t update Plugins "LayerSlider WP" and "WPBakery Page Builder"

Hello,

i can`t update the plugins "LayerSlider WP" and "WPBakery Page Builder", Error Messages:

Beim Aktualisieren von LayerSlider WP ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: Aktualisierungs-Paket nicht verfügbar.

Beim Aktualisieren von WPBakery Page Builder ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?

I have a regular licence of Betheme and checked the licence. Also I deregistered the re-registered the theme here: http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

Still updates of the two themes are not possible.

Hey, this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)

After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

Hi Pablo,

do you mean all of the plugins belonging to the theme? Or all plugins of the whole site?
And if I disable the plugins, does this have any impact on the content and the design of the website?

I meant all of them.

The content will be still there, so if you turn it on again then all of your content will appear again.

It's just for a while, to make your plugins able to update.
