Can't edit menu style

I'm going to built a new website using be theme with wp bakery.

I want the menu to look like this:

But the menu didn't change when I switch the style to "line under menu". In addition the words have no gap between each other. I often use be theme for website and this problem is completly new. This is how it looks:

Please help :-(

    Hi,
    You don't have the menu in the Coming Soon page.
    These options for menu are working only in the header which is on normal page.

    What you created is just a html/css code which will not be inheriting options from theme optilns.
