BeTheme - Theme registration can't be done

A new license had been buyed, when I'm trying to register the theme with the Item Purchase Code, the following error comes up:

cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.muffingroup.com port 443: Connection refused

What could be wrong?

Hello,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists.

If so, you have to contact the hosting provider because cURL issues are related to the hosting, not the theme.
