Videos autoplaying and non-responsive

Hi there,

I'm currently facing an issue with videos on my website. It worked fine for a long time, but suddenly I have the following problems:

• On Desktop, videos start autoplaying and are not responsive. I can't click on them, pause them or turn the volume on.
• On Mobile, the videos do not autoplay but are also not responsive, meaning they can't be clicked or interacted with

The issue persist on for example the following page:

Please note that the video is near the bottom.

Any way to fix this?

BTW, forgot to mention that I'm simply using the video element to in the BeTheme builder to embed these videos

Did you use the Mask Shape for that? I mean, did you touch any of the mask shape settings there?

Hello,

I have not used mask shape. It is just simple video created by Video element in the BeTheme builder as Leuke mentioned. I even tried "autoplay=0" parameter without success...

No I did not touch any of the mask shape settings. I've also tried the autoplay=0" parameter, but that doesn't work

It will be fixed in the next update of theme, the video gets the mask-shape attribute which was making that issue.
