Hello,

I updated today to BeTheme 26.8.31 and the woocommerce plugin widget side bar in not visible any more. Any advise please?

All single product pages (Woocommerce).

ex. https://test.athinarose.gr/shop/elaia-boutyra/epexergasmena/verycocelaio-100ml/.

I managed to include it in the shop page bit not in products pages.

Hello again.

I logged in test.athinarose.gr today and I saw that you had erased the widget blocks about ''Fibo Search'' and ''Product Filter''.

I put them back and it works!!!

Can you please tell me what you changed exactly and where so I can do it to all my other e-shops?

Sorry for not answering. We have corrected it on the website you sent, and this fix will be included in the upcoming theme update. We will release an update next Monday if we do not encounter any obstacles.

That is right. We had to adjust a couple of things in the theme files to correct that, and this fix will also be in the update.

Hello again.

I just upgraded to BeTheme 26.8.4 both my test.athinarose.gr we already discussed and you amended, but also my live site athinarose.gr and the problem with the single product woocommerce sidebar not showing still exists: ex: https://athinarose.gr/shop/etoima-proionta-kallyntika/alata-mpaniou/alata-mpaniou-set9/.

I made you a new WP account to https://athinarose.gr/log-wp-cosmetics/ with the same credentials as before for the test site.

I also made you a new ftp account to the root dir and I sent the credentials with the form. ''athinarose gr'' is in the httpdocs.

Please check and advise so I can update all my e-shops.

Hello.

The old Wordpress credentials (betheme-sup) are working now. I forgot to disable 2FA. Sorry. I disabled it for the next few days.
The last credentials I sent yesterday (betheme_support) were for FTP as mentioned NOT Wordpress.

Anyway I resent everything again. I checked them.... I am actually logged in both these credentials now.

We have corrected it on your main website. The culprit was different than on your test domain.

This fix will also be implemented in the upcoming update.
