how can i make a parallax background, which background stay in same position with no scroll just the text scrolled

Do you mean the main background for a page or a section?

for a section,

i mean text scrolled but the background fixed as in my homepage slider

So just create a section, edit it and upload a image. Then in the background position set: parallax and thats it. You can also change the size of the background.

yes i did it but still background scrolled with text and if i increase the value of parallax to 10 it works but the size of image increase too

What do you mean, are you using revolutions slider?
