Problems with small screens

Hello, I need your help to fix the web
when I see it on a 10" and 12" laptop (1024x768) as it comes out different to a larger screen.

I need the web to be seen in the resolution of 1024 as in the resolution of 1280

Ok!

To do that go to theme options>responsive>header and change the initial width value to 1024.

You have it on 1240px on your screenshot, change it to 1024px
