Images => hovering => cut of bottom edge

Hi, when i choose a hover effect on an image the bottom of the image is cut of. This looks very poor on my site, because i want to show the full image. Is there a way to use hover effect => icon but not with a zoom?

Hello Sascha,
Please go to theme settings>global>general and set the image frame effect to another.

Sorry, it did not work. When i have enabled grayscale it is working. grayscale disabled makes my photo cutting at the bottom :-(
