404 Error when installing pre-built demo

hi have just purchase theme, and trying to install prebuilt demo, however when i click on appearance > betheme pre-built website it redirects us to https://cctvbros.com.sg/wp-admin/themes.php?page=mfn_import with a 404 error… please help

Hi,

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. hi there, i tried to create the file in my wp directory and copy and paste from the tutorial link but still couldnt display anything
