Speed test on google under 40

Hello guys, I have been trying hard with lots of plugins such as W3Total Cache, optimized database, smushed all of the images under 300kb, i have added the recommended paramaters to .htaccess and added header css to static-css file, but I can't make it go over 40 :S


Any ideas? I need to fix it it's a client's website :S

    Sorry but we do not support webpage optimizing, plase know that betheme is well optimized and we do not know why your clinets website has a low score. Maybe a lot of plugins?

    I disabled all plugins and i got even worse score, I have optimized so good the website and got 79 on desktop 60 on phone it's so strange without any plugins it's getting me 40 and 44 any ideas? server maybe?

    We do not know, optimization is not our concern, we cannot know what each user is doing with their website. Ask the hosting company.
