Assuming you should because a theme without a license key activated is a violation of terms and conditions.
You simply deregister the key in your dashboard and register it again after you move it.

also when i hide it from everyone how do i reactivate for only myself to see if i have more than one admin account ?

Sorry about this missunderstanding. My fault.

The muffin builder visibility can be adjusted in theme options>global>advanced as well as all custom post types and pre-built websites.
