No editor and content tab on elements

Hello. I was working on my site today and everything was ok. Now when i go to appearance and editor to enter some custom css there is no text box. there is also no content in the menu for the elements ( for example when i add a column element there is no box for content . . . is this a problem with the theme version because this is what i find as information, but my theme version is up to date ?

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. the problem occurs only on the child theme. when i change it to the parent or any other theme the editor appears.

Please increase the memory_limit and the PHP version on your server. You may need to contact your hosting provider to change it.

I increased it still no change . . . Other suggestions ?

Have you tried disabling the plugins? Maybe there is some third party plugin that does not work with betheme.

yes i tried to turn them off one by one. it didnt fix the problem. I am thinking of switching to the parent theme and custimizing it . are there any risks associated with customizing the parent theme ?

Hi, please try to switch to any standard wordpress theme like 'twentyseventeen' and see if it is there.

yes i wrote in the upper coments that the editor and content box appears when i switch to the parent theme or any other theme.

http://imgur.com/a/pEJan . here is a link to the screenchots. the first 2 are from the betheme child theme. the third is from twentyseventeen. as you can see there is no editor and contents box in the betheme. really annoying and time wasting
