contact form in sidebar

hey, actually I have two last problems.

first one : how can I style the text "newsletter" of the contact form in the sidebar ?

id like to have it in regular, not in bold.

second: under the text box is the "go" button, you can't see it now because the text color is white, how can I change it in to black ?

1. Use this css to change the color and background for the button

a.button_theme, a.tp-button.button_theme, button, input[type="submit"], input[type="reset"], input[type="button"] {
    background-color: honeydew !important;
    color: red !important;
}

2. For the title use this css and fill in what you want

aside .wpcf7 label {
	color:red !important;
}
