optin monster popup

I would like to use the monsterlink for a popup using optinmonster. Here is the code I am using, but doesn't work. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Can someone help me.

    I am using optinmonster to create a popup that ask for email addresses. 

    I used the builder to add an item. Then wrap a column. Then a call to action with this button. I want the "SEND ME STRATEGIES" button to link to the popup.

    Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy clearly states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately we cannot be of any help to you.
