Google maps with multiple markers with popup

Hi, I would like to include a map containing the markers defined by me on a website page. I would like click on the marker to open a small popup containing some information and a link. Is it possible to do this with the Map item? I've tried inserting custom markers and they appear but at the click they do nothing. Does the theme have this feature or do I have to use an external plugin for this theme?

If you are using this item/shortcode:

You can use other custom points on the map, for the item it would be:

Additional Markers | Lat,Lng,IconURL - Separate Lat,Lang,IconURL[optional] with coma [ , ]
Separate multiple Markers with semicolon [ ; ]
Example: -33.88,151.21,ICON_URL;-33.89,151.22

Thanks a lot, but is it possibile to open a pop-up when click on the marker? How can i configure this? I mean, i would give some information about every marker when the user clicks on it. Thank

It only sets markers, no information is given.

Sorry but this is not possible with our map item. You would have to search another solution.
