Theme name is shown on thumbnail

Hello everyone.

When I put my link to Facebook or any websites that shows thumbnail of the website,
it always says "BeArchitect2 | Best Wordpress theme for architects." for description of my website.

I use BeArchitect2 theme, though I don't want to show this as the description.

Is there anyway I can change this?
